At Community Clean Co we are committed to providing high-quality cleaning services while ensuring fair compensation for our dedicated team. We have a minimum service duration of three hours and a minimum charge of $120.
This policy reflects our commitment to delivering an effective and thorough cleaning experience, while also supporting a livable wage, aligning with industry standards to ensure our team is fairly compensated.
By adhering to these standards, we can consistently offer exceptional service while supporting the well-being of our employees.
While a 3-hour cleaning session suits most homes, we understand it might not be necessary for smaller spaces like bachelor or one-bedroom units. For these, we can customize a package that fits your specific needs.
Our priority is quality, not speed. Rushing benefits neither of us, which is why we dedicate the time needed to meet your expectations. In our experience, most homes require at least 3 hours to achieve the best results.

What should I do to prepare my home before the cleaning service arrives?
We are looking at you, pre-clean cleaners :)
It’s super helpful if you pick up personal items like shoes, clothes, and any clutter, or even tackle those dirty dishes, to give our cleaning team easy access to all surfaces and floors. This way, we can focus on giving your home a thorough clean rather than organizing. But if you'd prefer, we're also happy to lend a hand with some basic tidying up.
And remember, there's no need to ever feel embarrassed if things are a bit chaotic. We’ve got families too, and we totally get it. We’re more than happy to jump right in and work our magic, no matter the starting point.

Do I need to provide any cleaning products or equipment?**
Our cleaning team comes fully equipped with top-quality cleaning supplies and equipment, so you're all set. However, if you have any specific products you’d prefer we use, just give us a heads up, and we’ll be more than happy to accommodate.
Additionally, if you're sensitive to certain scents, please inform us. As migraine sufferers ourselves, we understand how certain smells can be a trigger, and we're committed to ensuring your comfort.

Are your cleaning services pet-friendly?
Yes, our services are pet-friendly. Please provide any special instructions about your pets, such as areas they are allowed or any special concerns. If possible, securing pets in a designated area during the clean can ensure both their safety and the safety of our team.

What happens if I need to reschedule or cancel my cleaning service?
We understand that schedules can change. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please contact us as soon as possible, at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to adjust our schedule accordingly. We aim to accommodate any changes you may need.
